QnA answer
Mount retention - https://www.skool.com/hpu-free-8204/qna-time-again?p=0885b77d - Mount retention is extremely simple with a few rules - Don’t mount without grips where possible - When you experience a bridge and roll motion, do these - Grapevine the leg that is bridging to keep your hips glued to theirs - Hip switch to lie perpendicular so they can’t roll you - Last ditch - let go of your grips to maintain the position Your primary goal in mount is to bring an arm above their shoulder line, once that is done their escaping chances plummet and your submission chance increases drastically.

Struggling a lot with mount retention to the point where I'm using side and NS much more regularly where I don't believe I'm as good, an tips on holding mount especially with bendy nerds like me who can get knees to chest with minimal effort
