When I was 18 life was a bit hard, it led me Into a bad depression. I didn't have the best ways of coping with my anger or stress. One day I walked into a gym that had Boxing, Muay Thai, and MMA. I signed up, trained hard, and found a new escape from life.
I've been training for a year now a little bit of Boxing, Muay Thai, and MMA. I've had my kickboxing debut already which wasn't terrible but wasn't the best. I'm 20 years old and I look forward to trying to be more active in competition.
