The importance of going for runs🏃‍♀️
Going for runs( yes running in a straight line for a period of time) is much more important that you think for football. So many people online will say ‘it won’t help you with football’ ‘be a natural footballer’ ‘only do sprints’ . Now, not all of these claims are wrong. But going for runs builds your aerobic base for football games. This base is your running base which is very much necessary for football. It also builds your endurance, so you can last longer during games. What I don’t agree with is people only doing 5ks, or only doing sprints. You need to do a mix. I do fitness work 2x a week, so one day I go run in between 1 and 3 miles, and the other I do an interval run(sprint 30s jog/walk 30s, repeat 10x.) I hope this helps all of you, and tell me your thoughts on this below!🔥🙌👊

How can I improve my juggling in a short period because i'm about to join an academy soon and I Dont want to be the baller who can't juggle more than 4 😓

@Brandon Hima Great advice. It took me at least 6 months to be able to juggle at least 50 times, got to stay patient🔥

I would recommend Atomic Habits for sure, and Relentless by Tim Grover is an absolute must for athletes
