Who’s Really Living Your Life?
Understand this: everything you are doing throughout your day is not done consciously by you but by your paradigm. What is a paradigm? A collection of mental, emotional, and physical habits. Have you ever taken 5 minutes to reflect on what you’ve done in the past two hours? Maybe you had dinner with friends, came home, took a shower, watched a series, grabbed a piece of cake from the fridge, made a phone call… And suddenly, if you’re aware enough, you might realize you haven’t done anything for yourself, your goals, your awakening, or your manifestation. Right? It was all done by IT, what we call the Paradigm—or Personality. So where were you during that time? You might say, “Well, I was the one doing it.” But no, it wasn’t you. It was the machine—your collection of programs—acting out. And it was doing the things it enjoys while avoiding the things it dislikes. Do you see where we’re going with this? If you want to dive deeper and finally get a step-by-step process to start true self-work, begin your 7-day free trial now here : www.skool.com/paradigm The price is rising soon, as this community and pendulum focus on shifting paradigms bit by bit—once and for all.

Is there such thing as balance @Nenad Radibratovic ? A conscious decision to let the unconscious rule for a bit? To get lost watching some TV, because you may need a moment of just letting be. Is there some self compassion there sometimes? To allow yourself to have those moments without feeling the regret of feeling unproductive? I guess it is part of the paradigm, to make conscious decisions, even if it means to let the unconscious take over for a bit... it is in a way understanding that making no decision at all is making a decision.
Imagine this
Imagine that everything stops right now. People, cars, time, birds - all is frozen and you are not. What would you do ? You have 2h.

@Nenad Radibratovic Interesting exercise! Couple things come to mind as I am trying to go over the scenario 1 - Knowing myself, and how I tend to react, fear and anxiety will probably creep in. "Yes, you tell me in 2 hours things will go back to "normal", but how am I sure about that?", something like that... and then will prob start worrying that I lost every person I love. 2 - I wonder how the responses above would differ, if you didn't give the 2 hour timeframe. If the world stopped, and you were left there in the uncertainty. I assume will be something similar to my point #1... more panic than enjoyment.

Hi @Nenad Radibratovic I am originally from Argentina, living in the USA for over 20 years. I started your lessons and they are resonating as I feel I have been in a loop of creativity, fear of failure, reinvention, anxiety. Ready to connect, learn and improve!
