Today I was driving around a street called Industrial here in El Paso Texas, it is guess where? Where many ware houses and distributions are located at 😅! It is close to a highway and it is located on the opposite side of a mall. But what caught my attention in this street was that I saw a big Sign that displayed Office Space available for $350 a month. It did not have broker information and I looked it up in the MLS, Loopnet, google and I didn't find anything that indicated it had space for lease... Then it clicked me... I am so used to looking for For Sale By Owner (FSBO) that it occurred to me that maybe it is the same concept but only as Commercial this time 🤣 ! What an Aha moment... I am starting to see them now!

Mine is still on the Residential side I been working on a listing since January... It is a Divorce Residential type 😅 Back in fourth with 2 lawyers and finally this week I got the listing!
