Faith
FAITH WITHOUT WORKS IS DEAD. Not sure where I saw this but it popped up today. Worth sharing as far as I am concerned. Below is a meaningful thought. Sometimes people think that hope, faith, good thoughts, power of positive thinking and attitude are enough to succeed. In the same way, faith by itself if it is not accompanied by diligent action and consistent hard work is dead. But some will say, Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith BY WHAT I WHAT I DO. Nothing can ever make up for a lack of works. By their fruits "You Will Know Them"

So true, faith and works go together, like the heart and brain, both are essential.
Join me Thursday
I’m really excited to share some important updates that will help us continue building a strong, impactful community of emotionally intelligent servant leaders. Over the past few months, I’ve observed that there’s an opportunity for us to better position ourselves in the marketplace, ensuring that we align even more closely with our mission. These upcoming changes will focus on three key areas: education, visibility, and community—all designed to strengthen how we present ourselves and what BLN stands for. One shift we can make together is moving away from referring to BLN as a “networking group.” While that’s an easy label to use, it doesn’t capture the unique value we bring. BLN is about so much more than networking—it’s about empowering leaders with the tools to grow their businesses and make a real difference in their communities. I’d love for you to join me this Thursday at 4:30pm EST for a special call where I’ll be sharing all the details about these updates, including what’s included, pricing adjustments, and new messaging. If you're interested, drop your email below, and I'll send over the invite! Please note that this call won’t be recorded, so if you’d like to give input, share ideas, or ask questions, this is the time to do so. I’m excited to share these changes and can’t wait to see you on the call! Thursday at 4:30pm EST!

Oops, sorry, I couldn't be there
My first public speaking event!
It’s interesting how the universe aligns with you when you’re intentional and focused on what you do. The universe notices that and opens doors. All year, I’ve been talking exclusively about becoming a public speaker, sharing my story, and including others, just like I do on my podcast and during my national tour this year. With that being said, today I was contacted about my first speaking engagement in front of a live audience, centered around my industry—video production. Not only did I respond immediately, but I also asked if I could incorporate motivational elements, and they said yes. I’m genuinely excited about this opportunity and look forward to this new chapter, transitioning into the mindset and self-help space, uplifting others, and helping them achieve their goals.

Stefan, Congratulations!
What do you think about Ai?
There are a lot of things that I love about AI and it has helped me become so efficient in a lot of things. But one thing that bothers me a ton is when I see content posted by others and you know they took zero effort to put their own voice or thoughts in what they posted. Use AI to your advantage but don’t get lazy and not proofread or integrating your own voice. It’s obvious and you will lose respect of many if you don’t. What are your thoughts?

We want to be efficient and yet authentic.
Thought of the day…
This morning, I saw a Facebook post from someone claiming that no dads should be fat. While his delivery was harsh and received a lot of backlash, it made me reflect on the core message he was trying to convey. As parents, we have a tremendous responsibility to set the right example for our children. Our actions and behaviors shape their perception of the world and influence their habits and attitudes. If we want our kids to lead healthy lives, we need to prioritize our own health. This means making conscious choices about diet, exercise, and overall wellness. If we want our children to develop strong social skills, we must be proactive in teaching and modeling these behaviors. This involves demonstrating kindness, empathy, and effective communication in our daily interactions. Discipline is another crucial area. To teach our kids discipline, we must embody it in our routines and commitments. Our children mirror the environment we create for them. If we aspire for them to grow up as responsible, capable, and well-rounded individuals, we must consistently demonstrate these qualities ourselves. This concept extends beyond parenting and into our professional lives as well. In business, surrounding ourselves with individuals who possess the qualities and achievements we aspire to can significantly enhance our own success. By engaging with mentors, colleagues, and peers who exemplify the standards we strive for, we create an environment that fosters growth and achievement. We must set an example of servant leadership both at home and in the workplace. True leadership is not about authority or power, but about serving others and helping them reach their full potential. When we practice servant leadership, we demonstrate the importance of empathy, selflessness, and a commitment to the well-being of others. This not only nurtures a positive and supportive environment but also inspires those around us to adopt the same principles. Whether in parenting or business, the principle remains the same: lead by example. The standards we set for ourselves become the benchmarks for those who look up to us. By committing to personal growth, excellence, and servant leadership, we not only improve our own lives but also inspire those around us to reach their full potential.

These are great shares. My parents were not CEOs but they were leaders in volunteer organizations and in the extended family. I started modeling them at a young age, without realizing that I was simply following in their footsteps.
