B - I'm thinking if the data is destroyed (no evidence) then there won't be a much of a trial? Or if data is found (not destroyed) then, there is lot of evidence to show during trial. (I do not have legal background so I am just guessing)😆

Regarding Peace of Mind
Hi all, I was planning to book my cissp exam for 3rd week of January but I don't see any offer available for this month. Do you have any idea if ISC2 will offer it again or not? Thanks.

I was looking for one as well because I wasn't ready to take it at end of December which is what the last "peace of mind" mentioned to sit for the exam by Dec 31 as a requirement. However, at this time it is not offered. I emailed them last week and this is the response I received from ISC2: "....Thank you for your mail. Unfortunately we are not running the Peace of Mind Promotion this month but it may return in subsequent months. I have added a link to all the information regarding CISSP, I hope this is useful for you."
