Hi I'm Anita. I live in UK. I started stopping sugar yesterday. I joined 30 day challenge today and have binged the first 7 days. I used to drink more alcohol that I wanted too. So I completely stopped drinking ver 2 years ago. I've found that I substituted with sugar to get my dopamine hit. Anyhow day 1 I felt OK. Day two, im tired, aches and a headache. I wasn't going to give up coffee, but have decided to. I am going to have a 100 % chocolate baton a day. I know caffine but I feel its so much lower than before. Anyone else on day 2.
