I love my ecs, I can spend hours or even days in them however, I've never really had the same attraction towards academics. I mean I study, but it's never more then 1 or or two hour in a single sitting cause I get bored or tired. I tend to study a little then roam around then study again and so on. And while there's nothing wrong with taking breaks, I just never get into that focus zone this way. Today, I sat down to study and out of no where, I decided to listen to some music. And not just any music, I was listening to Hindi and Bangla songs. Also, I am not a hardcore lover of this type of music so, I don't know the lyrics of these songs, and Idk if that's the reason but I started writing some assignments with the music in the background and with a timer on in kelp. And I got up after my mother came to call me for dinner. I don't remember when I started or when my mother came but on kelp, it showed I studied for 6 hours (not exact time) straight. And I know that's not super impressive but that's very surprising for me as I didn't feel tired or bored, infact, I could still go on. So, do you think music can play a role in determining our focus level?
