@Derek Mundrick I’m testing out several topics that I enjoy to see what comes across most authentic and what viewers find valuable. Fashion, makeup, goal setting/vision boards, shows/movies, etc. In a perfect world, I’d be a relatable lifestyle/companionship content creator. I’m struggling with imposter syndrome when it comes to defining myself as an expert in one specific thing.

Tiktok Trust Score
After doing hours of research of watching the successful vs the unsuccessful on Tiktok, I have seen these 4 Criteria matter the most to Tiktok when judging your account: Authority - Quality Content, Consistent Content, Level of value (Education, Inspiration, or Entertainment), Watch time, Retention, Account Age. Engagement - Follows, Shares, Reposts, & Return Viewers. (Maybe Favorites too) SEO/Categorization - Consistent Categorizations (Happens when you get the first two right), Accurate Categorizations, Ranking in Search on Tiktok & Google Search Engine, Shows Expertise. Spam Score - Spam posting, Using “Bot” language, L4L, F4F, Engagement Groups, Spam comments unnatural use of Tiktok. Are you seeing similar things?

Why do some videos get categorized and not others? Is there something we should mimic/copy from our categorized videos? I have a bunch of non categorized, then one that is, and the newer ones aren’t again…
