Called on a FOR RENT sign today and spoke to the private landlord. He had fixed up all.nice and wasn't interested in selling at this time. I thanked him and wished him all the best. Got off the phone and wondered, I probably should have... 1) Asked him if he wished to add to his portfolio 2) Asked if he had any other problem properties he may consider selling Yet, i kept to the script & in a sense was a good student 😁 Thoughts?
