Flip or BRRRR
@Jiries Dawaher I am struggling with whether or not I should flip or BRRRR a home I am purchasing on June 14th. How do you decide which to do?🏘️

Should I have....
Called on a FOR RENT sign today and spoke to the private landlord. He had fixed up all.nice and wasn't interested in selling at this time. I thanked him and wished him all the best. Got off the phone and wondered, I probably should have... 1) Asked him if he wished to add to his portfolio 2) Asked if he had any other problem properties he may consider selling Yet, i kept to the script & in a sense was a good student 😁 Thoughts?

Yes definitely ask those questions & permission to keep in contact in case he does want to sell in the future.

Learn how to get funding so I can do more than one deal at a time. I feel like I come across deals all the time but do not know how to finance several at a time.

@Paulette King I use some private lenders but only have a couple. I need to know more of them. The two that I do know lend out to lots of different people so sometimes they're limited on funds.
