I know we all have to practice our falls to get better. But has anybody here ever had a traumatic experience falling on your tailbone or is it not as bad as I think it is? Haha Iโve hurt my tailbone where it hurts to sit for long periods of time & then getting up from that position, but thatโs the worst it has gotten so far which is pretty tolerable. Iโm just scared it could be worse. I am pretty short in height so practicing falls hasnโt been easy & I feeeeel like my height plays a factor but I dk. Iโve been wearing a booty pad when I practice in private. Does anybody else do this, or has falling on your butt while practicing falls hasnโt been thattt bad?
