Homework powerful update after yesterday's great coaching ;-)
You're wrong! Do you really think that this new challenge, that lucrative contract you just signed, that new building you just added to your portfolio will bring you joy and fulfilment ? You keep running without stopping, a glutton for activity, challenges, and victories! You constantly push yourself to perform. You are brilliant and admired by many, you have the gift of helping and loving people, you are generous and kind, and yet, you constantly seek to prove your worth. Barely enough time to close this project, to finish this coaching, to win this tournament, to finish your show under the applause of the audience, and you're already looking for the next challenge... You cherish this feeling of success so much, that failure has become your tormentor! This success is like a drug for you,
a powerful hit of heroin that soothes you. Those successes are wonderful, but so fleeting aren’t they…? The truth is that No finish line or match point; No big profit in crypto, No pair of Louboutins, No model by your side, will fill this void. They act like painkillers. When you find yourself alone,
away from those who admire you, stripped of your artifacts, you feel alone and miserable. I understand you so well, I’ve been there. Don't you think that in this endless quest you are seeking approval? Stop for a moment. BREATHE for a minute. Do you feel that deep inside you there are so many treasures waiting to emerge ? Maybe this is your greatest challenge! Dare to slow down, dare to embrace silence, allow yourself to see what this addiction to performance is hiding. Maybe you grew up with a parent who lived through you, and to make them proud, you became this champion. Maybe you suffered from an inferiority complex when you were young and swore that from then on, you would always be among the best. Maybe you didn't get the attention you desired, and this is the strategy you developed to feel loved. No matter what, let me tell you one thing, All that is in the past.

@Daniel Galindo hey Daniel, really appreciate your feedback, it goes in the direction of the realisation during the breath work session. Can I ask you which part resonate the more with you ?

I'm so happy I took the chance to follow this very well-led breathwork session. I wasn't expecting that at all ! I was feeling pretty confident before the session, feeling good and excited at the same time, as I had gained some clarity a couple of hours before. But as we started, I felt so much tension in my head behind the third eye, as if I was thinking too much and getting stuck up there. As we progressed through the process, breath after breath, I began to feel more and more tension and energy in both of my arms and hands. They became so hot and tense at the same time, which was very uncomfortable, but I followed Anastasia's voice and just accepted it. Then I started to feel like I was going deeper and deeper lot of things were released through tears and yawning and finally realized that I was lying to myself by trying to work on things that were easier for me than what I'm actually supposed to do here. The picture and the feeling were crystal clear! Even though my head is still in WTF mode, my body was telling me the path through every single cell. Man, this five-day challenge has been a whole process, and this last ceremony was like the final piece of the message I needed to catch and listen to. I really appreciate the entire experience, the effort, the work, and the great quality you put into it. Thank you.
Welcoming feedback on Story telling video
Hi everyone, I woke up this morning with an idea I couldn't detach myself from and felt so much inspiration after a very short night of sleep. Nico, I don't know if it's the "sacred stretch," you playing the harmonica, or something else very powerful that I wasn't aware of before, but anyway... I just checked what the homework was yesterday without the looking at the video, and that's why it's a bit much... But let's see how you feel about it. Every piece of advice is welcome; I love feedback, especially on the progess to be made. This is my first video in English as I usually work in French. I had a lot of fun making it, and that's the best part. I just want to say thank you for all your vibes yesterday, and thank you, Nico, for the great course you put together. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xUoAhqoARBs All the best, Peace, Andy BTW, if some of you wonder how to find free ressource for you video i've use www.pexel.com it's easy and you can find a tons of stuff.

POWERFUL in many ways! 🔥💥🌪 To be fully honest and vulnerable with you, yesterday was both great and very challenging. I ended the call feeling lost, like a 5-year-old boy seeking approval, needing to be seen, and feeling inadequate. It's been a long time since I felt that way. But like a hardcore interval training session on a cold January Saturday night, it was very powerful and made me realize so many things about myself and my clients. Inspiration and power are back this morning. My Highlights - "Provide value while sharing the story" - big one, as I felt like I was mostly just telling stories. - "Poetry vs. Clarity" is another excellent point. - The example you gave about wrapping feedback like a sandwich was great and helped me understand better. - And last but not least: I love the energy of the group so much. It's such a pleasure to spend this time with all of you, feel your energy and enthusiasm, and see your work. 🙏

Here is my first carousel. I'll be honest, my message feels... a little fuzzy. I'm going to continue to refine and get closer to what I really want to convey, but it was a good exercise to learn canva and create some movement
