Get GHL or get LLC first?
I've been reading and so on that to get and cleared for a phone number I need an established EIN and all the business legal documents to submit to Stripe and A2P/SMS clearance, I rather have to do that ASAP than later. Should I get that LLC or should I get GHL free trial first?

I've been in your position for about three weeks now. My advice is to tackle both tasks simultaneously. 😊 There's a bit of a learning curve with GHL, but by the time you're ready to go live, everything can come together smoothly. It's easier to get things done with an EIN and a proper LLC. Keep in mind that you need to warm up your email and SMS for outbound communication to build credibility with the powers that be…so that may slow you down a bit. Just my two cents: it only takes a couple of days to get an LLC and EIN, or you can pay a small fee to expedite the process.

You could go that route….but honestly I get lost in all the gov’t jargon 😊 I’ve started 2 different LLCs, and either of these made it a cinch. GHL Folders
Does anyone know if you move and organize things such as Custom Fields, Values, Websites, Funnels, Etc. into Folders if that messes up anything with workflows and triggers? Just noticed that URLs are different (obviously)…and wondering if I might be creating a headache for myself, so I thought I’d ask first. 😊

Requesting feedback: NDA Requests and Territory Exclusivity
Guten Morgan! Do clients generally request an NDA, especially for DR campaign management? Additionally, how do you typically handle requests for territory or geographic exclusivity when working within a niche marketplace in the same area? Ran into this on my first 2 meetings :) Looking forward to some insights.

GHL Dedicated Domain for email
Hi GHL Experts, I need your help here. If I will connect a dedicated subdomain or domain in GHL for sending emails, do I need to pay extra money to mailgun?

I believe GoHighLevel’s LC Email uses Mailgun as its engine. They charge only based on the number of emails sent, with no additional cost per sender. The only extra expense to consider is if you opt for a dedicated IP for a sender, which costs $59 per month per dedicated IP. This dedicated IP can be resold at a markup if desired....all within GHL.
