A member of my group can't open the Skool app and constantly gets a white screen. He's re-installed the app, tried on web browser, and nothing seems to work. Anyone experienced this before?

Money is paid out every Wednesday for my Skool community however, no money has landed on my bank account in the last 10 days. Anyone know where I can contact support?

How long does it normally take to process the payment and they pay it out? As when someone pays it usually takes around 4-5 days to process and then it can be sent out the following Wednesday for me. Not sure if this is how it's supposed to be. Also curious if there's anyway I can send payouts whenever I want or is it just on wednesdays? Also, Skool says that $800 have been deposited yesterday but when I check the bank, nothing has deposited yet. It's been 2 days now since the payout, is something wrong it's supposed to be like this?

What's the minimum funds that have to be availabe in order for a payout to be sent out?
