I injured my shoulder while training, as I did in my 20s. I kept going hard every time and the "no pain no gain" mentality stuck. I went too hard and tore a rotator cuff muscle. If any of you had one, let me know how you recovered in the comments. I've been going around trying to find a physiotherapist or doctor to help me figure it out. But no one seems to know the correct answer. Being a medical graduate myself I should be able to figure it out myself... but I too know nothing. This injury has made me look deeper into my life and how I'm living it.🧠 I'll be driving from Melbourne, Australia to Perth, Australia in a couple of days.
