I think it is a good decision. All the videos are now available on Sangam CRM YouTube channel and through whatsapp it will be much faster to resolve issues. Only problem which we will face is searching for resolution based on a particular problem we face in a specific module. This was very helpful in Skool. Maybe a blog where we can search for the resolution will be really helpful.

Thank you for conducting the session and providing with the recording, as I had joined late. I felt all the three James Bond moment are really good, but the most impressive was the 2nd one "Whatsapp chatbbot to Lead / Ticket". It is good tool to convert the Lead as well as retain our existing clients.

Sir, thank you and congratulations for the new and updated website. You can see most of the information in the first page itself which is great, earlier I had to go through the videos of the respective Business segment to refresh my Sangam CRM knowledge, but now I can access it by visiting the website. Manufacturing Industry page was not updated. In the integration drop down menu you have not included Synapse, and whenever I click on smartflo or whatsapp integration it is opening the sangamcrm app on my mobile. I have not tried opening the page from my computer's browser yet. Overall I am happy with my experience of browsing through the SangamCRM website.
Task creation recurring every 15 days
Hi Support Team, I wanted to create a task for some of our AMC customers which will recur every 15 days ( or Bi Weekly), Monthly and Quarterly. Is it possible to do so in Sangam CRM. These tasks can be created as Tickets too.

@Krishnal Nair @Pavan Joshi is this activity for a new Lead or for an existing Customer who is covered under AMC Contract. This activity will be part of the Activities covered under AMC for a particular product

@Pavan Joshi it will be service follow-ups which has to be attended to every 15 days, in some cases it is monthly and then in some of the cases it is quarterly. Quarterly services involves PMS and some other service activities. Anyway II recently watched Saloni's video about Contract Automation, let me try that for Product based followups.
OPR and Scorecard configuration video
Yesterday I went through the OPR and Scorecard configuration video which was well explained by the Enjay Team and was able to note and learn quite a few things in CRM dashboard. The questions by the participants also helped me in understanding it more. Thank you and keep up the good work. I am not clear about the scorecard part, is there any other video which i can learn more about scorecard.
