Two questions. Editing a Creative Fabrica Image & Checking Previously Created Etsy Store for Errors
I have two separate questions and I hope some of you can help me out. First, I have downloaded a design from Creative Fabrica (Commercial/Full POD) but there are text elements I don't want to include in my item for sale. The issue is, some of the text elements are over the individual image I want to keep. I can use Canva to erase some of the unwanted parts, but no tool in their arsenal will remove the unwanted part without messing up the wanted part. Any suggestions of a free tool that I can use to complete this? If not, would it be unethical of me to message the seller and ask if they would include downloads of the main image from the ones they currently have for sale? Second, I need to start listing my designs. Yeah. I haven't started yet because it's all a learning curve for me. Anyway, I started my shop about a year ago, not knowing anything about opening one. While I followed a video, I still worry that I didn't do something right. How would I go about starting from the beginning of the store opening process and go through every step to make sure I entered everything correctly? I hope these questions made sense.

For the first one, is the file a PNG or SVG? I know there are some free sites or credit based sites that you can remove something and it "fills" it in. If it is an SVG, you should be able to ungroup and delete just the words - I use Inkscape which is a free software. I don't know that you would need to start from the beginning, just look at your Shop settings and go through each one to make sure it is set up how you want it.
Help with opening a new Etsy
Hello, Brand new to the Etsy selling world. I tried to open my store picked my name etc, but it was making up start selling, and yet I have nothing, I just wanted to open and then start making stuff, it will not let me go further, does that mean I need to start designing all my digital stuff and then open the store? thanks

I did the same thing as @Denise Garland - however, I would say it may be better to make a quick design (maybe in Canva) - so it is a "design you made" - and add that instead of a random picture. The new Etsy AI bots are looking for anything to suspend you, and if you list something as "you made" and it is not, that could give them something to suspend you for.
Christmas Designs are over...Time to move on :)
In the world of selling digital designs on Etsy, our schedule moves a little differently than most categories. Unlike categories like POD or selling other physical products in the physical handmade space, MOST digital designs are for crafters to use in their own small businesses, therefore , they shop MUCH EARLIER. πŸŽ„ I'm already moving on from Christmas, and onto the next set of upcoming seasons/holidays in addition to some evergreen designs which is also SUPER important. I always recommend to design 50/50, 50% for upcoming holidays/seasons and 50% evergreen designs, that way to you don't experience sales slumps. πŸ“…This week, on Thursday, in the Design Club, I'm releasing a training on how to use my Digital Product Business Planner for Etsy which maps out exactly how I ran my seven figure Etsy shop in just about 2-3 hours a day and when/what I am designing each month throughout the year so you aren't running into any stumbling blocks. I ALSO just made the planner available to everyone in the community, so you no longer have to level up, like before :) Join us below and I'll see you in there!:) https://www.skool.com/baileys-dfy-design-seo-club-4959/about

Thank you! I guess I am really behind the ball. Went out Christmas decor shopping yesterday and came up with some ideas while shopping....I can save them for next year I guess. Do you guys leave holiday designs up all year? Or let them expire and refresh next season?

Which One??
Prompt: A hand drawn tattoo style vibrant and intricate design featuring sunflowers and other floral elements. The sunflowers are predominantly in shades of white and black, with neon bright pink and blue accents. They are surrounded by ornate patterns, feathers, swirls, and decorative motifs. The background is a deep black, which contrasts with the neon-like glow of pink, blue, and yellow streaks. The entire composition gives off a mystical and artistic vibe, with the sunflowers appearing as the central focus amidst the colorful and dynamic background. I like the ideogram - I think it matches your prompt the most.
Organising Files
Hey team I am hoping someone can help me out or suggest a clever trick. I am getting bogged down in where I am in the creation process. How do I keep everything in a cohesive order so that I know when I go into my files I know what I need to do next instead of questioning, did I upscale that or have I made them into a avg file? I hope that my question makes sense. I am looking for ward to hearing how you all keep your images etc in order and know where you are in a process.

For my sublimation backgrounds at the end of the folder (folder contains the files for mockups, zip files, anything else that accompanies it) I add _etsy so I know I posted it. Moving to clip art or Tumblers, I'll probably do something like @Cristina V mentions
