Business brokers?

Hi everyone. I'm new to this group and feel the Lord has prompted me to start attending and participating regularly. Thankful for that! I have a question to put out there. I have a family member in an online apparel business that's struggled for a long time, and although there's been a lot of prayer and fasting, along with practical business management, it is struggling. I feel the Lord is drying up this brook, and has a new plan He wants to put in place. Does anyone know if there is such a thing as being able to sell a failing business to one who can see its potential and have the resources to drive its success?
