Hello. I wouldn’t say I feel the effects of winter SAD blues, but I am used to early morning walks and workouts and I feel like the darker mornings make it a lot harder, and I move everything to the late afternoon early evening and usually after work I can’t be bothered, that being said this last week has been better, since last Sunday I have done some sort of workout everyday apart from yesterday. But it’s about keeping this up for me I know I find harder
