What could I have done better. I got frustrated with the back I didn’t understand the back taper at first. And I struggled with the c cups. Any feedback and tips would be appreciated.

I have a hard a hard time understand what a client needs during a client consultation. Female client with a bob and bangs but what she now wants is a a cut that’s one length but one length, & also with layers. What question do I need to ask to better understand. Which degree cut she asking 90, 45, or 180?. I’m little embarrassed cause I’m just don’t understand, and I feel like I should know. Please help.
