One Tip To Become A Master Storyteller
If you want your content to perform better for your clients, or even for yourself as a creator… Then you need to learn storytelling 💬 And if I could give you one tip to instantly improve your storytelling abilities… I’d tell you to implementing this one technique called “The Dance” 🕺 All great stories are a like a dance between 1. Context and 2. Conflict You start by giving some context. The characters on a mission, they’re doing something, and then all the sudden… A conflict arises. You then give some more context, maybe the characters solve the problem and then again… Another conflict. This dance is how you keep the viewer locked into your story 👁️ Whether it’s a marvel movie or a short form piece of content, the dance should always be there. So why does this work? Well it’s because conflict creates open loops of curiosity in the viewers brain 🧠 And by giving context, you’re then closing the curiosity loop 🔒 Then when you introduce another conflict, it reopens that curiosity loop which keeps them engaged until the conflict is resolved. /////////////////////////////////////////////// BONUS TIP: Follow the “But, Therefore” storytelling structure for your scripts, edits, and videos. Here’s the structure: [This Happens] THEREFORE [This Happens] BUT [This Happens] THEREFORE [Then This Happens] (Repeat) By writing your story events out like this, your video scripts like this, and even planning your edit like this, you prevent yourself from having a boring video and you create a video where each event is correlated to the next. Dont use words like “AND THEN [This happened] AND THEN [That happened]” When you use “AND THEN” to tell your story, you’re just piling on detail after detail and your viewer will lose interest. /////////////////////////////////////////////// 🚨 ACTION ITEM 🚨 Now that you’ve just read about these techniques… let’s try something to solidify this information into your brain. In the comments below, reflect on how you can apply this information to the work you do.
Complete action

The Best Way To Learn How To Edit
How do you master video editing? I’m breaking it down for you in this post. Keep reading. Learning to edit isn’t about watching hours of tutorials. It’s about getting hands-on, testing your limits, and building your skills. And one of the best ways to build your skill set is by replicating the style of editors/creators you admire. Let’s dive into how to do it, step by step: 🚨 Forget theory for a second, get to the action 🚨 Step 1: Choose a Creator - Find a creator with an editing style you love. Choose someone whose style you want to be able to replicate. For example, Iman Gadzhi, MagnatesMedia, Alex Hormozi, Ali Abdaal, etc. (This is the only time I'll ever recommend copying styles is a good thing, b/c it is helpful to learn the technical skills behind these styles). Step 2: Analyze & Copy Their Script - If it's a short-form video, take their script, and write down every single word of the video. For longer content, take a 1-minute clip where their style is strongest. Write down exactly what they say. Step 3: Film Yourself - Yep, record yourself doing and saying exactly what they did. This gives you the footage you need to start replicating their edits. Step 4: Attempt to Edit - Before running to tutorials, try recreating the style yourself with the current knowledge you have. Focus on the timing of cuts, effects, animations, sound design—every single detail. As best as possible, try to recreate that clip you took exactly how it is in the actual video. This is where the real learning happens. You’ll notice what comes easy and what trips you up. Step 5: Review & Refine with Tutorials - Now that you have tried your best, dive into tutorials. Look up the creator's style, how to create effects, animations, and anything that you want to learn how to do better. Now you'll know exactly what you need to refine. Step 6: Redo It Better - With this new knowledge, start from scratch. Take what you learned from the tutorials, and create a cleaner, sharper, and hopefully more accurate version to the actual video.

Secret YouTube Advice From MrBeast’s Team
Here’s the video: https://youtu.be/miXS8zbH6W8?si=NroAgswsiIK6KtyM This is a recent N8Wealth video that talks about lessons he learned from Mr. Beasts content strategist. It’s a super valuable video for the creators in here looking to create content that performs better. Here is what I learned from this video: 1. Outliers Signal Success 📈: Viral videos are not random; they contain specific elements that can be identified and replicated for more views. Any video that performs exceedingly well compared to the channels average, these are outliers. 2. Broad Ideas Win 🏆: A video’s idea matters more than its editing or thumbnail—broaden your topics to appeal to a larger audience. 3. Evergreen + Trending ♻️: Combine trending content for short-term spikes and evergreen content (content that is always interesting) for long-term, sustained views. 4. Audience > Algorithm🧍‍♂️: Focus on making videos that viewers enjoy, rather than obsessing over pleasing the algorithm. 5. Thumbnails & Titles Matter 💯: Change underperforming thumbnails and titles with noticeable differences to attract new clicks. Each point in the video is explained much more in depth so if this is valuable to you, be sure to watch the whole video for more in depth explanations 🙏 What are your thoughts on this advice?

Why You Can’t Make $5K Per Month As An Editor
What’s up y’all, One of the most common limiting beliefs I hear is, “I don’t think I can realistically make $5k+ per month as an editor.” First off, let’s break down what a limiting belief is. It’s simply a false idea we tell ourselves that keeps us from reaching our potential. The problem with this belief is it stops you from even trying, which means you’re holding yourself back from something that’s actually very achievable. Another problem is this belief is usually developed as a result of your experiences proving your belief right, however, your experiences are flawed because you’re more than likely doing things wrong. So here’s how to overcome this belief… Instead of saying, “I can’t,” start asking, “How can I?” When you open yourself up to the possibility, you’ll start seeing ways to make it happen. The editors making $5K+ per month didn’t get there by waiting for opportunities. They built their skills, reached out to potential clients, made great offers, and figured out ways to get clients to come to them (organic content). You can follow the same path. The reality is $5K+/month is 100% achievable Now, let’s get real about the numbers. Here’s how simple the math is: 1 Client ($5000) = $5000 🎉 2 Clients ($2500/each) = $5000 🎉 3 Clients ($1700/each) = $5100 🎉 4 Clients ($1250/each) = $5000 🎉 Now I wouldn’t recommend picking up more than 3 clients by yourself but as you can see this is more than do-able. When you break it down, it’s not about needing a bunch of clients or working insane hours. It’s about finding a few clients who value your work and are willing to invest. The opportunity is there, the creator economy is ONLY increasing—you just need to believe you can do it and take action to make it happen. You’ve got the skills, so don’t let limiting beliefs hold you back from what’s possible. Love y’all, Norman
