Recently talked with a hedge fund psychologist (will make a video on it soon) and these are the key takeaways I had - Your outside life will be reflected on the charts, what are your habits, diet? How's your fitness? Do you live a fulfilling life? How's your connection to God? Do you have other missions and goals that are non financial? - Ability to remove emotions from facts. As traders we will be trapped by our emotions, what we want to happen, and our personal identity on the charts. (Traders who are used to win big will never want to lose small, people who think that they NEED to be right will lose big when they do) If you can apply this principle to most things in life you will succeed. Always look at the facts and what is happening, do not let your ego and emotions steer you towards making a bad decision - You need to be at peace with losing, a lot. The more you lose the more you learn. And while this is true there is one big issue, traders don't know how to lose small, and that's why they remain unprofitable. Now I have an exercise for everyone here. Grab a notebook/journal. And for 10 minutes write down every reason behind why you haven't met your goals. Find the reason behind the why and then look at the root cause. Remove that root cause at all costs.

Hey guys, As some of you may have heard I've been trading larger capital recently. After heavy consideration and talks with some mentors I've decided to fully venture into the world of level 2 data trading. Given that it's somewhat of a trial and error process, as I'll be merging this with our current style of trading, I'm going to take a week or two off live streaming. (also have some really busy weeks with 2 major trips and moving out of the PH). My goal is to be back on stream by election week. August 24th 2023 is when i officially committed myself to trading. 16-18 hour days, 7 days a week of non stop failure. My mother was my only supporter in these trials. Fast forward 1 year later and as of August 29th 2024, i can proudly say that I have repaid back all of those days and nights of struggle my mother went through to see me win. and i can now say that she has been offically retired from work for good. This post is not for me to brag, but rather for me to show all of you that it is possible. this is the main goal. not the cars, money, houses, etc. But to give back to who supported you most through your journey. love you mom, you made a soldier and im forever going to take care of you

This month has been my best month in terms of profits made, passing my previous $160k record. And I'll be honest, its given me a lot of confidence and a good ego boost. But life is quick to remind you. I was at the cold plunge in the club earlier today and the guy was complaining about how his Private Jet didnt have enough miles for a straight flight to the middle east. U can already imagine my reaction. Stay Humble. Stay Hungry.
