Hi, my name is Lena & it’s truly wonderful to be here amongst you all! I was born & grew up in England & have now lived on the Greek island of Cyprus in the Mediterranean for many years. I’m blessed to have a 14 year old son & a single parent. I trained as a chef & pastry chef & specialised in sugarcraft cake designs which I worked in for 21 years. I was also flying as Cabin crew for an airline for 13 years up until 2015 when the airline closed. However my passion has always been spirituality…I always felt I was on a mission since childhood & I was always searching for my purpose. In my early 20’s I discovered meditation, past life regression & trained in Reiki & it gave me the greatest joy & purpose. Since then my dream was to create a Healing Center & gather together with like minded souls. 3 years ago I took the leap of faith & created a meditation & sound healing space where I offer Meditation journeys, Cacao Ceremonies, breathwork, Sound & Frequency healing, Crystal Therapy, Tibetan Bowl Vibrational Body Therapy, Reiki Initiations & Women’s circles. I am also currently training in Quantum Hypnotherapy & Yin Yoga with Sound Resonance. I have met so many amazing beautiful souls also doing the inner work & get the most amazing feedback from people joining the group ceremonies & personal sessions in my space. However 18 months ago I went back to another airline & am flying again as Cabin crew due to financial reasons & also running my personal sessions & group ceremonies when I’m not flying. I’m now at the point where I would love to leave the airline & focus fully on my soul work again. Which is what brought me here to this group in divine timing & synchronicity! ✨ I have enjoyed Nico’s heartfelt & honest posts the last few years & truly resonate with his work so I feel blessed & honoured to be here with you all 🙏🏻 I would love to learn new & organic ways to reach more people who resonate with the work that I share. A fun fact about me is that I am passionate about travelling, but nowhere feels more like home than being in a forest or rainforest immersed in Gaia’s beautiful energy with all of her beings.
