Deliverability Question
Hey, question for you guys. I went through the SOP and ran a few campaigns for cold email with some success. In that time, I updated my website and changed the domain forwarding and didn't realize that that would mess up my DNS records. I ran another campaign with the same copy and lead list from Listkit that I was getting a 55%+ open rate on, and was only getting a 10% open rate on the new campaign. I realized now that the DKIM keys deactivated when I did that. I deleted all the DNS records and removed them from Smartlead, and then restarted the SOP and re added them all. I re-ran a similar campaign and still have about a 10-12% open rate. I am worried that the time when the records were messed up burned the deliverability of my domains. I am thinking about just starting fresh with new domains and transferring my Microsoft licenses to them. All that to say, I am not technical enough to know what is best to do to fix it. I don't need to hire out getting everything setup, but I would love to hire out just a little bit of support with this issue and continuing to optimize my campaigns, specifically their deliverability. Is there anyone in this community that could help me out here with some advice?

@Matt Abbagnaro Yeah it is super annoying. I think what happens is the DKIM records deactivate when you change the forwarding. Because when I went back and checked, that is what had happened. And I think it is that that technically burns the domains.

@Daniel Fazio Thank you! So it won't work for me to use that same Microsoft admin account and licenses on new domains? If you advise making a new Microsoft admin account because that is burned to, then I will do that!

Good to use the same smartlead sub or new account there as well?
List kit has changed the game for my lead gen
I really enjoy all of the tutorial resources included. I am not super technical and new to cold email, and all the resources have helped me get up and running quickly. The API feed directly into Smartlead is also super nice, it makes everything so seamless. Having a list generator tied directly into your sending tool is a game changer. The support for list kit has also been great.
