I also tried to create a newsletter (1500 subscribers) and monetize it with premium content, but it also failed($50 MRR not growing). What should I do next? In my head, I have 3 options: - Sell it - but as I don't have revenues, the price will be super low. - Try new sources of income, like affiliation? - Let it die slowly What would you do?

My little day on the front page of HN is over. Started at 10 am and it was still there was 3 am when I went to bed. 19k visitors so far. 10+ signups, 3 entered card details to start a trial. I'm super happy with the result.

Sending volume is important, but if you're sending too much you can't be relevant. Spamming people randomly never works. The game of cold outreach is to send (at scale) the right message to the right people.
