Can anyone help me find a way to make premiere pro run better?
My specs on my laptop are fine its just that premiere pro freezes for a second and plays the video when I press space. Is that normal?

Probably the first thing you should do is to increase the RAM allocated to Adobe, and use GPU rendering if you are on CPU only (don't remember the exact names) Use proxies to make the playback smoother. If it's still slow, lower the preview quality One more trick is if you have kind of a long timeline, you can just disable everything you don't need in the timeline (SHIFT + E), so that Pr won't render it anymore. Just don't forget to enable it before Exporting to whole thing, otherwise it will be just like black video

if you choose a macbook go with the PRO or MAX model. The basic model can't handle heavy projects. One more thing, I windows laptop or pc is upgradable, unlike a MacBook

@Shubhi Works Yeah Adobe and Davinci run much smoother on Mac. You probably didnt get what I mean. If you have a good budget, go for a Pro or Max model. The basic model is only 8Gb of ram and has low storage, plus it's not upgradable (everything is soldered to the motherboard). And if you don't have a good budget, go for a windows laptop. You'll get at least 16Gb of ram and a 4Gb of Vram (GPU) for the price of a base Macbook model. And you can upgrade this overtime. Hope this is clear now.
Review needed it
Hi i had edited this video long time ago, would really appreciate you guys review. Plus sound design is flaw cause I was using less than 1$ speaker to edit. https://drive.google.com/file/d/13AcSvfzsGyZihfo6lbpu6idOPn8g9vA6/view?usp=drivesdk

@Aman Thakur when you showed the to-do list, you can use the same font size (the text doesn't have to fill the whole screen). Plus the balck stroke isn't really looking good with a white text and a white background. You can make something better. for the captions, you can use somthing better than that Capcut text box. I think the most important thing is to respect the "safe zone", the zooms in youtube shorts for example where you find the description, like/share side bar, and the top, just like in the picture. Try to put every important element inside that "safe zone".

@Aman Thakur Nahh, we are not born with this knowledge either, we had to search, communicate with many people and implement this to learn. For the Capcut box, that's just a term I invented lol. What I mean but that is the grey rectangle you have behind the captions. It a caption template available on Capcut, nothing else.

If you haven't watched malice's new video I suggest you go watch it now. Bro is such a wizard. All thanks to him for how far I've gotten in my career & it's all just off of his free stuff. All credit to him. Made my offer so good that was no other choice to say yes lol. Took him all the way from my email to my discord by just getting warmer & warmer with him. (Pause lol) Shout out to Eugene Schwartz, didn't know anything about buyer awareness until today lmao. I was sub consciously doing it over the years by building emotional investment before stating my price & getting paid 1st fully, and now after watching malice's video I understand why now.😂 Client was trying to pay me half, but kept frame while during the convo as well. You're a G Malice.

in the Project pannel, use folders for example Camera A, Camera B (if you have multiple angles), SFX, Transitions, B-roll.... Also use markers and Alt click and drag to define a section. Mark sections like intro, outro, chapter 1 for example or scene 1.... Use labels to color clips that are in the same category. One more thing I usually do is to assign each video and audio track to a specific type of asset or to a specific camera(you don't have to set up anything, it's just something you have in mind).
