In recent conversations with several mid sized builders, most builders do not have the usual amount of construction planned for next year. It would seem that a recession and slow building starts could lead to material prices and sub trade prices decreasing over the next year. Land still has to come down, but all in all, the next year or two could present some of the most opportune times for building. Who in this group is set to start a build within this timeframe?
