3 small changes
Hi, I'm Ema. I would like to expose some changes that could come in handy especially for the admins who answer a lot of posts on the platform and others that it would be nice to have. - Shortcuts: mostly to answer. I leave you a list of them that exist in Help Scout - Infinity Scroll - Dark mode šŸ–¤

+1 for the darkmode, I use it literally on every single site when available. Darkmode is kind of accesibility-ish thing.
Onboarding?
Have you guys considered this as part of your initial sign up journey? The product is slick and super simple and everything seems to be working ace. But, I just realised that I missed the 'Rules' list. Perhaps Sam talked through it during the video, but I watch the video and signed up at a much later time, so I think I forgot about it. As a result I just realised that I've made a couple of posts without searching for that content first. Perhaps... if the 'Rules' where shouted out during onboarding... I would have known to search before creating a post. Maybe they were, I can't recall. But, either way onboarding can be a useful tool if implemented well. Just a thought.

Agree, in order for a user to be able to post they should read the Rules first. That's a good idea.
Sort people's contributions?
There is an option to sort all posts either by newest or by best. Is there an option to sort somebody's contributions?

Headline length
Hello, as I've been reading through skool I've seen multiple posts where headlines were just too long and it just seemed like a bunch of messy text instead of a title. Have you been thinking about limiting the number of characters in a title? I think the title should clearly speak about what's being discussed in the post and not being used as a post content itself. What do you think?

Tagging people
Hello, I was just replying to one post and I wanted to tag Jesse Clark. It would come handy if Jesse would come up as first after starting with ā€œ@Jā€ because he is the one taking care of most of the posts ( or other community managers). Or when tagging other people it would be cool if the menu that appears when we type ā€œ@ā€œ would be sorted based on people who already replied or started the post. This way the menu can recommend way more relevant people. Let me know what you think.
