Where/how have y'all had the most success booking gigs? For me it's hitting up venues directly via social/email/phone. Sometimes it takes awhile for them to book us, so in most cases persistency has paid off. It's sales! And, how do you stay on rotation at a venue once you've played? I find that I usually have to be proactive because they don't usually reach back out to me.

If you had two hours today to create anything that you would post online, what would that be? Mine would be the very basic tutorials of what expenses you need to keep track of as a small business owner (especially as a Musician) Since I don’t have two hours to Produce the material from A-to-Z, I can at least begin the outline and use ChatGPT to help me focus on the key points. What is your next upload going to look like? What will you do today to make that content more easily produced when you have the time?

This group was originally called Accounting for Musicians. I know.. I know.. a brilliant idea!!! Right!? See.. I wanted to solve all of the practical things around being in business as a musician, and remove those things so we could focus on becoming our best selves as musicians and have income freedom as a result of leaning into our craft!
