ProAdvisorSuite is live!!!
While I'm still involved with Simplicity Ops, as a separate business venture, I've been up to something really exciting for a few reasons: - help independent firms save money - helping to simplify the tech stack selection process - provide resources around integrations across the tech stack - ...and also to bring awareness to friends/colleagues that are working very hard to make awesome advisortech! @Joe Moss Glad to be part of ProAdvisorSuite!
Scheduling pain points?
I’m wondering what main pain points advisories or other meeting-oriented businesses are experiencing when it comes to scheduling meetings externally? Things like reminding clients or prospects of meetings, setting and keeping appointments for qualified leads and what solutions you’re utilizing to help with those issues?

Thanks for the mention @Russ Thornton ! You’re right, implementing an automated scheduling system really does simplify the scheduling process for clients while giving you even more control over your calendar than manually scheduling appointments. Then of course, you add automated reminders into the mix, and no-shows are nearly eliminated. But nobody said it better than one of our customers, a Client Service Admin for a firm with a dozen advisors. I emailed her to ask if a someone considering GReminders could contact her to discuss her experience using the software. I mentioned that I knew she was really busy, but if she wouldn’t mind. She replied: “TBH, GR has made my life so much easier that I'm not as busy lol.”

Hi @Brian Quaranta , Great to hear, I know you're going to love GReminders and the benefits it will offer you. I understand exactly what you're talking about when it comes to your marketing strategy and no-show rates. I came from a firm where I was the person responsible for cultivating new business through radio, seminars, and paid leads through various advisor directories. When someone schedules an initial consultation through those channels (especially radio and I'm sure TV is similar), it's because they heard something that resonated at the moment they were listening, but the importance of meeting with an advisor can wane quickly. This leads to a high percentage of no-shows. I'm probably not telling you anything you don't already know, but I guess my point is that reminding those individuals of their meetings (unlike existing clients) may be more effective when you also remind them of the reasons they reached out to schedule in the first place. Additionally, you may wish to be a bit more diligent when it comes to asking for a confirmation (all of this can be automated, of course). While we have multiple articles on general ways to set up reminders for different scenarios, I would love to work with you personally to develop a system for you and then track your reduction in your no-show rates (and hopefully, with your permission, publish the results). I'll DM you with a scheduling link, and let's talk about this when you have some time.

AI Notes
I am playing with the idea of using AI to help take meeting notes, especially for virtual meetings, and am looking for suggestions or ideas. Which programs have you used, and what are the pros and cons? Thank you in advance.

@Joe Moss It's creating the summary from a very short list of notes made during the meeting. In about 15 seconds, it took the list and put everything into a very concise summary for the client.

@Joe Moss You type faster than I do...yes, as I understand it, you still have to create the notes manually, but really just bullet points from what I saw in the demo.
Client Survey
What is the best technology for doing a client survey? Is it best to email or text? How many question should you ask? What are the best questions to ask?

Hi @Brian Quaranta , I use Cognito forms for surveys https://www.cognitoforms.com/ Even the free version gives you plenty of options. I email a link to the survey and am notified each time a user completes the form (and can then download the responses to CSV).
