High Calibre Kettlebell Coaches Have Entered The Dojo! 🔥
I'm proud to announce, that three high calibre kettlebell trainers have joined the dojo: @Yani Kokozaki, @Glen Weinstein and @Misha Son.These guys know their stuff and I want to commemorate them through an official introduction. I was honored to have these gentlemen on my podcast a couple of days ago - individually and collectively. The fact that they joined the dojo, raises the quality of interaction in the dojo significantly. So here we go: Coach #1 - @Yani Kokozaki Yani is the "Godfather Of Kettlebells" in Lebanon. He was the first guy to introduce kettlebells over there and we both share the same Sensei: The OG Steve Cotter! He just banged out the white and yellow belt with a 44KG, by the way! Watch my podcast conversation with Yani here. Coach #2 - @Glen Weinstein Glen is a kettlebell and backpain specialist from the UK. He reigns supreme with his knowledge about how to incorporate kettlebell training into busy schedules. Check out my podcast conversation with Glen here. Coach #3 - @Misha Son Coach Michael has trained powerful Kettlebell Sport athletes and is a powerhouse himself! He coined the term "Iron Meditation" which I'm now using in my vocabulary as well. Check out my podcast conversation with Misha here. In closing, I want to mention that this community is bigger than Lebe Stark or myself. There might be things where Glen, Yani, Misha and I disagree. But that's not the issue since we can only come close to the truth if we dare to ask questions and take different standpoints. So feel free to interact with these gentlemen if you have any questions! They can help you out thoroughly and I'd recommend you to take some coaching lessons with them if you want to progress in your kettlebell journey.
