How can I get the AI bot to notice and recognize when a lead fires 3 messages all at once? I know with Zappy, there is a delay that I can set that it will wait to process the messages after 30 seconds. Can Consolidata do this? @Ross Christifulli
Is there a way to disable the "Human Takeover" feature for the AI Bot? There are many cases where even when it is assigned to a user, we still want the AI to kick in and respond.
Same -- it is a good work around, but ideally it would be nice to not have to do this in every workflow. And it won't always work, because depending on which the user is assigned "based on the appointment", I need to make sure that the correct user is "reassigned to it" after the webhook is fired. GHL you can't map specific users, only select a user, which makes me have to use a bunch of if/else logic to predetermine the assigned user then remove, then re-add.
Hey @Ross Christifulli -- I have a new client that I'm doing a bot build for and for it to really work how we want it to, we need tagging updates based on conversation outcomes. Any ETAs on this that I can let me client know?
So I'm working with a large client who runs 1000s of IG dms through every hour and having this major bug. Just noticed it today. Whenever I fire the webhook, it overwrites the assistant in my OpenAI backend and also creates a new random webhook? https://www.loom.com/share/068936c5fa1045788465e312e4a365e1?sid=eacdd49a-97a9-4e6b-b5f1-6752ac350ba2 @Ross Christifulli Anyone else having issues?
@Russ Ward -- Great stuff! I'm trying to do something similar, but it seems like the Webhook is the same exact webhook when creating bots for the same location. Is the only way to get a different webhook is to connect it to a different GHL Location? @Ross Christifulli -- Maybe we can get this updated that a new webhook is setup based on the unique Assistant ID? I have a client, that has only one sub-account (not agency admin so I can't create more sub-accounts for them) but we have a few different assistants that we want to use depending on lead source and outcome. I set up two different bots, but it gave me the same exact webhook.
