How do I Improve before our son is born?
Module 4 Session 2; gives 7 things to avoid after the baby is born. All 7 things are considered unhealthy stress management or stress responses. I've done most of them already as the pregnancy progresses. Never found anything that worked for me besides some of the things on the list. Any advice or technique that actually works, not just sounds good in one's head.

Hoping I am a better father to my son, than Michael Yo is to his.
Module 1 Session 3; that vid has me flashing backs to my childhood. Having my sister, who is 5 years older than me, beating me up every chance she could, until I was 13. Our last physical fight, I hit her so hard that her earrings flew out. Now, for 10 years our parents warned my sister, "One day your little brother is going to hit you a lot harder than you hit him, and we are going to let him". They did not tell me that after I hit her that hard, my mom was going to beat me, then my mom held me so my sister could beat me, and my dad came home early from work to beat me. You can feel anything you want about anything you see but that was messed up. Be better for your sons and daughters. Big sis still struggles with keep her hands off people and I still take a lot of beatings that I should not.

Thank you all for your kindness. Most of all teach your children how to control themselves when they are frustrated and how to stand up for themselves when they are being mistreated. For those that do not yet know how to do these things, you need to get started learn for yourself ASAP. You only have a few years before your children need to start learning these skills. Good news, since you are putting in the effort to be here now, and read these comments, you will put forth the effort to learn and teach.

@Chris Kern yes you are reading right. There is a point that most seems to be missing or just not typing out. That is, standing up for themselves or self-defense. There is a time to be violent, we have to teach them when and why. So far with my research the age of 7 to 8 years old is about the time to start that lesson.
