What gets you the best ball?

I have a good relationship with the biomechanist who did this study on kicking distance with Australian Football athletes. He said that in elite kicks 99% of kicking distance is leg speed and the 1% is “nature of impact”. Which is essentially the position your body and the ball is in at contact. Now if you’re position is all over the place, I’d say it accounts for 10%. So you need to focus on developing the power in your hip flexors and having stability in your core/plant leg to get the most out of your leg speed
How to work on consistency
For the consistency is there anything to do except drops? I’ve been doing 100 everyday and I wanted to figure out if there’s any other way to get consistent drops.

Punting is going to be the best thing. but ball drops is the next best. you just need to do more reps. It’s great that you’re doing 100/day, but that should be the bare minimum. Do 300/day

I got the chance to record myself punt yesterday. I had a limited about of angles and shots but I tried to make it all workout.
