1,000 Leads for $15: Outscraper to GoHighLevel without Zapier/Make/Pabbly
If you're looking for leads, @Pam Lang introduced me to Outscaper. It's a really good tool for getting local leads (or leads in a specified area) using Outscraper's Google Maps scraper. However, it doesn't have a direct GHL integration (yet!), and using Zapier for it is dubious for a few reasons: 1. Outscraper doesn't send a complete JSON file (webhook) upon completion of each task; they send a URL. So, you need to extract the data before Zapier or any other software can do anything with it. This has caused me much grief. Technically Zapier can do this. But it ends up being expensive since Zapier charges by the task, not Zap. Which brings me to (2). 2. If I want to scape 1,000s of leads, you may, like me, run out of Zapier tasks. Once you run out of your allotted monthly tasks, they bill you 1.25X the current task rate for every task above your plan (which, for me, is 2,000). So, I decided to program my own solution. If you want to know how to cheaply scrape 1,000s of leads from Outrscraper and transfer them to your GHL sub-account, then watch the video. It costs me total $15 per 1,000 leads about, which is significatnly less than what I was paying for lead lists or Zapier tasks. The integration goes like this: Outscraper >> Download Excel >> Copy to Google Sheet >> Run Apps Script >> Auto Upload to GHL The only steps that are manual are downloading the Excel and copying all the contents into a Google Sheet. But that takes all but 15 seconds. The rest is automated and about 10 times faster than going through Zapier (and about 4 times cheaper). If you want to run the automation, follow the instructions in the video and open the Apps Script doc below. AMAZING Matt 😂 Brilliant! Thank you!!!!
Free Ai Chatgpt/Llama/Perplexity/Claude etc
I just watched a video about this and tried it out, it worked great (re: I like Claude 3.5 Sonnet for tasks when I want things to sound more human, it chose Claude for that task). It uses the following models and right now, it's completely free. The GPT he's referencing in the video is pretty nifty too, I just tried that as well.

Q&A Times
Hello all, As I am moving forward with the Q&A's i would like to get some feedback on times for this. I want to try to do this weekly and have at least 2 different times. This will only be for about 1hr but those are the open window times I'm looking at. Times would be in between those windows. If you have other comments I'm open to hear. If someone wants to do a segment about something, lets do it. Times are in EST time

@Chris Podkowa 🥳 i think you'll love it and wonder how you ever lived w/out it lol It's becoming more and more the "industry norm" to use during meetings.
Happy Monday!!
What's your goals and challenges for this week? What do you need to do to get through the week? Why does everyone do this? We do this to get ourselves to acknowledge the fact that we need something. Whether it is us telling us what we need to do or looking for someone to help keep us accountable for what we need to do. Why we put this out there is to help others to see the same thing. If you don't speak up then you don't want it to happen. I wish everyone the best success in whatever it is that you are doing. DO what you do and keep moving forward.

@Chris Podkowa that's a great idea to give them a logical reason to type a specific keyword that will kick in the ghl automation!
[Unbranded Resources] Review Management System + Set Up Tutorial + Updated Snapshot
I modified two of the resources for my Review Management System so that they are generic and unbranded. They are the two onboarding guides. See links below. Please open them >> File >> Make a copy so that you can edit your own. 1. Main Onboarding Guide: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ou2JOHhyKqx0tksPu9MM7nsfINhhW2jRgV9FuB-bRmk/edit?usp=sharing 2. Phone and A2P Registration Guide: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1DeEiNhGrsY8_ToX5tJob_SZcXZGlmPePPowav3nculE/edit?usp=sharing I also created an unbranded onboarding video that you can provide for your clients. In GHL, you can upload the video into a website via the "Hosted Video" selection under "Video Type" when you create a video element in your website builder. Then, you can provide that page URL to your clients to watch the onboarding guide. Here is the link to the video. You may be able to download it straightaway, or you may have to make a copy then download it. Here is the link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1mE8l5eoDSyHFVLwGTNrbermY5u2jA0i4/view?usp=sharing @Anthony Brown and I went through an entire agency-side set up (not client-side), so if you want to put this together for yourself, I highly recommend watching this Loom: https://www.loom.com/share/fb788abc3c1c4b99993e6922f527338a?sid=a647841e-c086-4e98-af21-a76fd0f8d915 Updated Snapshot: https://affiliates.gohighlevel.com/?fp_ref=angel-city-business-development78&share=eR0wSm242mxjbWKB7Rsc Then, go back to this post to collect the rest of the resources (I edited this post so that it also has the updated resources):
