Since attending the ๐‘†๐‘’๐‘™๐‘™๐‘–๐‘›๐‘” ๐‘‚๐‘›๐‘™๐‘–๐‘›๐‘’ challenge in August, I set a strong intention ๐Ÿ’ช to dive deep into Russell's book, ๐ธ๐‘ฅ๐‘๐‘’๐‘Ÿ๐‘ก ๐‘†๐‘’๐‘๐‘Ÿ๐‘’๐‘ก๐‘ , with a focus on implementing the strategies to grow my business. One of the biggest takeaways this week has been around ๐ฆ๐š๐ซ๐ค๐ž๐ญ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ , and I thought it might resonate with you. ๐Ÿ’ก The concept that really stuck with me is this: ๐‘ป๐’‰๐’† ๐’Ž๐’‚๐’“๐’Œ๐’†๐’• ๐’Š๐’”๐’โ€™๐’• ๐’‚ ๐’‘๐’†๐’“๐’”๐’๐’โ€”๐’Š๐’•โ€™๐’” ๐’‚ ๐’๐’๐’„๐’‚๐’•๐’Š๐’๐’. ๐Ÿ“ Think of it like this: itโ€™s much easier to sell a TV ๐Ÿ“บ to someone shopping around in stores than to convince someone who isnโ€™t even interested in buying one. In the online coaching space, for example, these are often people whoโ€™ve tried different solutions, felt frustrated ๐Ÿ˜ค when nothing worked, and are now ready for something that actually delivers. ๐Ÿš€ The key is to position your product as a ๐ง๐ž๐ฐ ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ. ๐ŸŒŸ Itโ€™s not about blaming them for their past failures, but showing them that those failures werenโ€™t their faultโ€”it was the outdated methods or systems they used. What youโ€™re offering is a fresh start ๐ŸŒฑ and a chance to try something different. In my own experience, Iโ€™ve seen how this shift in positioning can create interest from people who are already searching for answers ๐Ÿ” and feeling stuck. I recently created an offer, positioned it as something new, and put it out there. My key takeaway this week (hope it helps someone) ๐Ÿ™. If youโ€™ve invested in high-ticket coaching programs, youโ€™ll know this truth: No single coach or mentor holds all the answers for your business growth. Iโ€™ve personally been through four top-tier programs, and the lesson is clear. So, whatโ€™s the play? Secret 1: Create your own damn growth plan. If youโ€™ve been in the game for a year or more, you already have a sense of what you need. If youโ€™re fresh, network hard. Ask the right questions. Secret 2: Laser-focus on ONE goal at a time. Learn, implement, repeat. Chasing multiple rabbits? Youโ€™ll end up with none. Secret 3: Lock down an accountability partner whoโ€™s at a similar stage but has strengths you lack. Your coach canโ€™t hold your hand through every hurdle. Even if itโ€™s โ€œproximity coaching,โ€ theyโ€™re not there 24/7. Thatโ€™s where your partner comes inโ€”to push you, hold you accountable, and celebrate your wins. Lastly, trust your gut. Make decisions that align with your goals. Stop putting any coach, mentor, or program on a pedestal. Youโ€™re the CEO. Youโ€™re sovereign. Own it. Be a critical thinker and take full responsibility for your growth. With much love โค๏ธ
