Hey @Joe DeFilippo Thank you for Part 2, the great suggestions, and the support (payment for my LT offer) 🙏 Regarding your final comment about strategy: the group is still closed and under construction. By the way, at this moment, I have 90 people who have joined and are waiting to get inside. They've been waiting for weeks, which isn’t ideal for the customer experience... but I plan to compensate them with some extra bonuses and hope they’ll forgive me for the inconvenience. I want to polish things before the launch (your review is part of those final activities too). That’s also why you’re able to access some of the training, even though it’s not finished. I’ve left it open just for you so you can review it and access all the segments/modules. Yes, my greatest concern is the amount of content. On one hand, I believe in the "Value first" and "Under promise - Over deliver" principles, so I want to give as much value as possible to my members before asking anything from them—to help them achieve quick wins and an initial revenue kick ASAP. On the other hand, I’m concerned that I might overwhelm them with too much content, causing them to get stuck. This is why I’ve structured the "Classroom" in a 3x3 format for the FREE group (I’m using a FREE to PAID model, and I already have the PAID group, though there’s nothing inside yet). I’ve noticed that many people use only 3 modules in their FREE group (Ryan Duncan, for example). I understand the reasoning behind that, but I’m using a "hybrid" model, wanting to give a little more because my KLT factor isn’t as strong as theirs. Here’s how it works: - First three modules – Free + Open - Next three modules – Free + Locked (unlocked on L2/L3/L4 with engagement) - Last three modules – Paid (low-ticket training $5 discounted + mid-ticket training $997 discounted + high-ticket training $3997 discounted) (See the attached screenshot of the Classroom as a reminder.) The first three modules are meant to provide instant value after they join the group. The second three are intended to encourage engagement, and the final three serve as a promotional display (like a billboard), prompting them to take action that will direct them to the PAID group/products (via a link in the LT, or through DM me for MT training, or via a sales call for HT training).

@Mike Farley yes, yes. Do you know where from is this gif, Mike?

@Mike Farley It is a scene from the BBC TV comedy series "Only Fools and Horses", legendary in my country (even more popular than in the UK) for its crazy bittersweet humor

Hey Joe (why does this sound so familiar 🎸?), I couldn’t resist your irresistible offer! I’ve gone ahead and bought Boost and the URL Checker app - huuuge investment. But I’m not asking for mercy on the review... I’m determined to get my group in shape before launch. Looking forward to seeing the results!

Nice review. Lots of value in the group (I am sorry it is not for free anymore... but, logic and reasonable move from Kevin's perspective)
