I’m 16 years old and i swim since i was 6 years old, started competing seriously at 13. Last year i swam the 5km race at nationals, and my goals for this years are to go to nationals in 200 and 400m freestyle. I swim 5/6 times a week, two hours a day, i also do some stretching and strength training at home
