Refinancing
Current rate with Lendwise is 4.84% with 3 years left on my current term. $3600 in penalties, should I refinance now or just complete my commitment? What mortgages are you currently working with? Trying to access whatever equity I have to buy another rental.

Loan 2 Monthly Payment: • Current Rate (4.84%): $1,334.71 • New Rate (4.50%): $1,289.53 3. Total Monthly Savings: $146.44 by refinancing both loans at 4.50%. 4. Break-even Period: Approximately 24.6 months (or about 2 years and 1 month) to cover the $3,600 penalty through savings.
