Ketosis for football players.
I've been eating a high carb diet with a good amount of protein, but I still feel lethargic & heavy. Recently, I studied about Ketosis for high endurance training athletes. I heard that it boosts energy, improves performance, and reduces body fat. Do you recommend me starting a ketosis diet? (Any thoughts on this).
