Anyone know of events to attend in the New Jersey / New York City area for upcoming holidays? I haven't attended a Christmas party in years. Lost track of many people when I used to work in the Wall Street area. The usual New Year's Eve and Times Square lockdown for the night in a restaurant near the ball drop until 5 AM gets a bit old. Any Christian’s here that understands that God sees polygyny different than how the modern feminized church sees it? My take: In my view a “girlfriend” in todays terms is a “concubine” in the bible. A secondary wife. Aka side chicks. Being able to communicate has proven to be a great asset in my life. And although many people do speak english, it's far easier to connect with them, if you speak their native language, even badly.
