CSA Relationship Management
What is a manageable number of relationships for a Client Service Associate (CSA) to service? Our CSA's help with all service for a clients, we have a separate team member who schedules all of our reviews. Thanks for your thoughts.

I agree with both of these. We'd love an integrated calendar for scheduling that would confirm too.
Applications Signing Process
I’m curious to how most of you are handling setting up new accounts for new clients. We do an introduction meeting, and if the prospect is qualified, we move to a recommendation meeting during that meeting we present our strategies that can improve their situation. If they like the recommendation and are ready to move forward we have them fill out an intake form to gather all of the information we need to prepare the new account paperwork. We then schedule them for an onboarding meeting within 3-5 days. At the onboarding meeting we have all the digital apps prepared and they meet with our case managers and docusign all applications. Just curious if anyone might have a more efficient process.? Thank for any suggestions.

@Brian Quaranta I'm curious are your onboarding meetings in person? Does the client login to their email to get access to the DocuSign applications and then process with your case managers?

@Brian Quaranta how do the clients log into DocuSign or other systems while in the office with you? We are trying to move back to offering in person onboarding meetings with the new clients CSA. We don't want to print and use paper documents, since it delays the set up of accounts through our custodian (Fidelity), but having clients come with their email login information to login to one of our computers seems tricky. I'm not sure perfect process is out there, as there always seems to be an exception or some new hurdle. Thanks!
