Hi Beautiful Souls, CHANGE OF SCHEDULE, (please share) 🥰 As I mentioned in Friday's live I have a new Breathwork trainer position with my school, Alchemy of Breath, that is on Tuesdays and starts this upcoming Tuesday, 10/22. So, I have to move our last two Breathwork classes to Wednesdays, at 1 pm to not interfere with the forgiveness meditation.. So, this Wednesday, 10/23, and the following, 10/30, we will meet at 1EST, using the same Zoom link. My apologies for making the change, this all happened so quickly and is an incredible opportunity for me. I do have the recordings of the first two classes up on a webpage for anyone interested.
