Ok - it's time! We have a FB group of almost 20,000 people that we need to transition over. The only thing that is stopping us from doing this is the post moderation feature - we delete a lot of posts before they even reach the feed and really need this feature for our community. Do we know if this is on the cards to roll out?

Hi All, I have already reached out to support but would love for this to reach someone asap. We have had multiple people come to us over the last few weeks saying that when they try to join our community, they enter their name and card details but the purchase button is greyed out. They can't actually buy. We have asked them to try different cards to see if this will help, it doesn't. The only thing that will work sometimes is for them to jump on to a laptop or desktop and purchase this way (if that works for them) Is anyone else experiencing this and how do we fix it? We don't want people being turned away from joining. Mel

Hi. Just wondering if group chat is of one the features being considered? We've completely moved to Skool for our new program. We are unable to move our team to Skool yet and have to go to another app for team coordination FOR the program that is being delivered on Skool. Also considering accountability groups, have read previous posts and discussion on the topic but still think there is some privacy/intimacy for accountability groups that cannot be brought forth in Community space.

Earlier this week we shipped about page traffic and conversion metrics (see screenshot). Many people were asking what the average was... Here's the conversion rate averages platform wide: - Paid groups: 4% - Free groups: 18% The average for free groups is consistent, however, the average for paid groups varies significantly depending on the price, quality of traffic, and the about page content. In general, the lower the price, the higher the conversion rate. Take a screenshot of your stats and share it below so we can compare. We can all get better, together.

Hi All, We have had a lot of requests come through for people to buy a few months membership for a friend/family and I'm unsure how to facilitate this in Skool (if it's even possible) or maybe there is a 3rd party plugin that can be used? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Mel :)
