Can someone from Sangam CRM Support Community contact me, have issues regarding data import

Hi ! I have created contracts for Hardware AMCs & Tally Software Subscription . I want to send the end customer mail before 1 week of the expiry of the contract or Tally Subscription. It seems simple but unfotunately I am unable to acheive the desired results. Can some one help me with this ?
