โฑ How quickly do you confront your fear of starting new tasks?
Drawing from Alex Hormozi's insight, when fearing failure and feeling insufficient keeps you from starting new tasks, try changing your perspective. Think about this fear as part of the learning and growth process. Alex emphasizes that it could take around 20 hours to become proficient in a new skill, but the journey starts with the first hour. Share how quickly you tackle a new task despite the fear, and how you change your perspective to focus on growth. Please keep your answer between 25-100 words, comment on two peers' answers, and like three interesting ones. @Bibhor Bachhar We are all scared, the only difference is; some people are scared, but they choose do it anyway. That feeling is so common, Iโ€™m sure you already know that. I hope you find the courage to do it asap. Thank you for sharing ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ
Consistency Over Perfection: Why You Donโ€™t Need a Perfect Product to Win
Perfectionism is paralysing for many entrepreneurs who delay launches or new initiatives because they believe everything must be flawless. We have covered this in this community at great length. The Hormozis & Alexi often stress the importance of taking action and iterating along the way, rather than waiting for everything to be perfect . They share that consistent effort and refining the process as you go, rather than launching the โ€œperfectโ€ version of a product is key. If this resonates with you please Get involved feel free to share something you launched before it was "perfect" and the lessons you learned from it. Context: this is an extract from my notes, Iโ€™m currently doing a sprint implementing ( the rule of 100) as taught in this community.

Shift in practices
Before then, I was sending emails to companies for a job. But now, I send emails to companies and brands for business. I send 40-50 daily emails with manual data for more realistic connections and follow up messages every Monday.

Great job well done @Bilal Khan . Please donโ€™t discount Automation tools. Nowadays, theyโ€™re so advanced that they can achieve everything that youโ€™re trying to achieve by doing it manually.

@Bilal Khan ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ I see, I thought you were referring to the process of manual data entry, and manually sending emails.
๐Ÿ’ƒ The Woman in the Red Dress: Alex Hormoziโ€™s Lesson from The Matrix
Alex Hormozi tells a powerful story from The Matrix that perfectly illustrates the importance of focus in business. Every day, we face new opportunities. The bigger you get, the bigger the opportunities. And the harder it is to say no. ๐Ÿšซ In the story, Neo is walking through a crowded street with Morpheus. Suddenly, Neo notices a woman in a red dress and his head turns. ๐Ÿ”ด Morpheus asks, โ€œWere you listening, Neo? Or were you looking at the woman in the red dress?โ€ When Neo looks back, the woman is goneโ€”replaced by Agent Smith pointing a gun at his head. ๐ŸŽฏ Hereโ€™s the lesson: In business, distractions often appear as shiny opportunities. ๐ŸŒŸ The higher you climb, the more attractive these distractions become โ€”the woman in the red dress. ๐Ÿ’ƒ At every level of success, you must learn to say โ€œnoโ€ again and again. Alex used to think that once I learned this skill, Iโ€™d be done. But the truth is, the woman in the red dress keeps coming backโ€”each time, more enticing than before. Success isnโ€™t just about innovation; itโ€™s about consistently doing what you should be doing, even when distractions try to pull you away. ๐Ÿ’ก Focus is your superpower. ๐Ÿ”ฅ https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7251657559374274560/ P.S. Whatโ€™s your biggest distraction in business? Comment below. ๐Ÿ‘‡
