Interesting preliminary research on Wet Cupping
Now I do not do wet cupping and at the moment am Agnostic to its use. This paper provides some interesting preliminary data on Non-specific lower back pain. The author is presenting at the 2024 Osteopathy Australia. Theres a second paper as well here for effects of cupping

Osteoporosis
Hey all! What’s everyone’s experience with clients who have osteoporosis and getting them exercising ? Any particular exercises you prescribe ? Sets/ reps ? Things to be mindful of? And any knowledge of PRP being beneficial or not as well (for osteoporosis) Any sort of advice and clinical experience is appreciated!! πŸ™πŸ½πŸ™πŸ½

@Elana Giurfo Prolia Can have some pretty nasy side effects. Optimal scenario would be to be to not need to take prolia. There is some evidence to say that Prolia though increasing mineral density creates a brittleness to the bones. I would still push weight bearing exercise as others have said and even Rucking which can be as simple as adding a few kgs to a backpack and going for a hike! supplementation includes Vitamin D3, K2 and Magnesium as they help regulate calcium absorption and deposition. Calcium or a bone mineral complex for bone health is never a bad idea either.
DON'T GET LAZY!
ATTENTION! There is now NEW content UP on the CLASSROOM! We have NEW DAY IN THE LIFE content as well as REHAB content! Go and check out my GO TO exercises for shoulder, lower back and knee pain!
