Personal preference or actual help? You decide... When zoomed to a comfortable level in TV on the 1 hr chart, the vertical grid lines indicate the midnight and noon times of day. This doesn't serve me well, so I turned on the "Session break" feature in TV -- "blue lines" in the screenshot below. I like how it "frames the trading days" on the 1 hr, and how it makes the New York session easier to find without turning on an indicator. With TV, it is very customizable so you can make the lines as predominant or subtle as you wish. The second screenshot depicts how to activate it. The third screenshot shows how you can turn off the vertical grid lines. Please let me know what you think...

Hey guys so I’ve been trying to figure out what I’m doing doing. I’m trying to test my first eval and I’m placing trades on trading view like normal. Using the long or short position projection then going to create limit order. And sometimes it enters it just fine. Doesn’t fill instantly because I’m far away from price. Just want to make sure it’s working. Other times the market order is somehow activated and instantly get filled at whatever market price is currently at. I just have Tradovate open to monitor that my practice trade goes up there as well. Also I thought it needs to be open anyways for eval purposes. I tried yesterday to sinc all the ninja copier/Tradovate and TradingView together to make sure I had it all working properly. Now I’m doing it with just trading view and Tradovate and it worked right once, not instantly filled, then messed up again by getting instantly filled on the next try. What could I be doing wrong?
