I've been incorporating more IA as my session design partner. More like my ideation partner and personal facilitation consultant 😅. After that, the usual as most: Mural, Butter, OBS. I can probably hook you up with people who's got more experience in incorporating IA into facilitation.

@Isabelle M Could be but I'm still curious as to why? If it is what you mention then strategies or activities to promote psychological safety could be helpful. If it is anger or heated discussions/arguments then that means that the people involved or showing this emotions care about a certain topic. If that's the case the right amount of conflict is needed in order to know the reason behind those emotions. But it's all assumptions up to this point 😅 A little context might help us in giving @Keri Lickfett better suggestions. I never call out emotions on people or tell how to handle them but I do get curious. So I engage with them and ask questions that help me know the reason behind it. If someone is being a prick yes! I do call that person out.

@David Newman Interesting to hear other Universities are introducing LS to their faculty members. I was so pleased to know about that case in Panama. I'm not aware of any other university in Latin America that does it.

@Claudia Spinelli you are allowed to call me friend because we are friends and because I also sometimes act as your HumanGPT 😂 But yes! There's huge potential in your methodology. So much that I've mentioned it to a friend of mine that works at a university in Russia and she's interested to try it at her faculty -sadly neither of us speaks Russian to run the workshop 😅 and most of the students don't speak English.
